Springtime in the country....

...brings a baby bird saved by the kids, from the jaws of our cat. Jake was SO excited to be able to use the nest he had found a year or so ago. Now he has a bird for it =)

This bird's gotta eat! Jacob got busy right away digging for worms. The baby bird ate a few and then a few more, so the kids are very excited and hopefully it will live! We'll let you know...
