Happy Thanksgiving!!
Just want to wish everyone near and far a very Happy Thanksgiving Day!!! We are having our Thanksgiving meal at Benjamin & Heather's today with Joe's side of the family and know it will be quite the feast! We're thankful for family, we're thankful for our 3 special kids and for their health, we're thankful for our faith and freedom to worship, we're thankful for our home and the big pile of firewood to keep us warm this winter, we're thankful that we can have a big Thanksgiving meal and be with family and friends even as our hearts are also with the other family and friends that we can't see in person today...we hope you all take the time to think of what you're thankful for. And remember those who don't have these things to be thankful for....Have a wonderful day!!!!!!

Thanksgiving week
We've been having a fun hunter's widows week getting together with Heather & kids each day. The kids just have a blast playing together.
Jake borrowed some of Daddy's orange for the great hunt. Every night he anxiously waits to hear if Daddy got a buck!

This horse has brought our kids hours of fun, we've had it since Jacob was fairly little. I ran to get my camera when I saw Meri on this horse, of course I wasn't fast enough...this is what she was doing: she had her arms full of stuffed animals and was just singing at the top of her lungs. She saw me with the camera and just dropped everything and gave me this look...little stinker =)

our snow
Jake was looking for a project to do, so I thought we'd make some snowflakes. I remember making a TON of these when I was little every winter and I just loved making them. He had a lot of fun doing this. Here's his first one, he was very proud of it as you can probably tell from his smile. We then hung it on our window so "hopefully the snowflakes see it and we get a lot of snow in our yard" =)

Alot from a while ago all at once!
It's been a while. I've been storing up my pictures and now I'll add a mix of a little bit of everything.
Mr. Fixit... Jake loves to help. He got a new tool set, the real thing!! on his birthday and he's always looking for things to fix. Here, the bike needed some work done.
My little princesses...They are turning into quite the pals...Just lately they have really been playing together a lot and it's so fun to watch, they were dressing up like princesses, Emily had a nightgown that Meri wore as her princess dress =)
The kids got some pumpkins and we (I) carved them the other day. I think they're kinda cute =) Well, the pumpkins, too!
We had just barely a dusting of snow, but hey, enough to sled on =-) I think most of it was pulling/pushing each other up & down the driveway =) Oh to be a kid again!
The kid's cousin Larissa was over when we had some snow, right away they wanted to go out and play in the snow!
