Tiny pieces.

Last week the kids and I tackled a crayon project. It was kinda fun, kinda putzy, but I'm glad to be rid of all those annoying little broken crayons. First, we peeled off the crayon wrappers. Even Meri got into this project, more so that the older two, in fact

Then we lined this muffin pan with tin foil. I looked up directions online and chose to do it this way. BUT, some of the crayons leaked through the foil onto the muffin tin, so it's kind of a mess to get it clean.

This is the melted results. The kids thought it was pretty neat the way they melted down and now they have big old circle crayons to use =) Not the best for detail coloring, but fun anyhow!

Who needs breakfast....

.........when there's a blizzard to play in?????
Not these two =) Our impassable driveway, not a comforting sight with pregnancy days counting down.

Well, Meri needs breakfast first, I guess ;-)

Jacob was thoughtful and brought Meri a "popsicle" to eat since she didn't want to go out!

Would you like any bread with your stick of butter, Meri Jane??? She helped herself to the butter. You can't tell too well with this picture, but it was about an inch thick and she was happily gobbling it up =) Last week I had a couple of my neices staying over, I didn't get too many pictures, but here they were having a princess play-doh party.

Here's the gang. Love their outfits, and their creativity =)

A little bit of how we've spent our days

Play doh Pizza party, the kids loved making their own little pizzas.

Racing with the new race track

All the kids in one spot, sitting...amazing!

My camera battery is dead so these are the only ones I got off of it. For more pictures of our fun "hunting" week, (widows & kids =) go to Heather's Blog. She has a lot of good pictures.
